In this episode , I’m sharing the importance of resting in God and observing the Sabbath, based on Psalms 127:1-2 and Exodus 20:8-11.
Society tells us to keep working, but God calls us to plan intentional days of rest.
I used to believe I had to do everything myself, but I’m learning to rewire my mind and trust God to handle what I can’t. Sometimes, we hold back things from God because we think we can handle them, but we need to give Him everything.
We also need to remember how God has provided in the past to restore our faith and confidence in Him. If God rested on the seventh day, why don’t we?
I CHALLENGE YOU to start taking one day of intentional rest each week. Spend time in gratitude, read your Bible, take a walk, and breathe.
Rest isn’t laziness—it’s trust in God. Let’s find joy in every moment and stop working like we have no help!
