What is The Ladder of Learning? You're going to find out (or remember it) in this episode. We all climb it throughout our life and it's important that we understand where our teen athletes and performers are at on The Ladder. Understanding the 4 related "rungs" of competence, incompetence and consciousness is way more important than that physical ladder hanging in your garage.

When your kids say "I don't know" you can immediately up your parenting game as you seamlessly encourage them to "think about their thinking" because you really know and understand The Ladder of Learning!
