This book is arranged into five main chapters corresponding to the five boroughs of New York City: Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island and has maps of each borough as well as text describing each borough and neighbourhood.
James and Karla, live and breathe New York City life and live in the East Village of Manhattan. As well as being published authors they have the most amazing YouTube channel where they livestream from the streets of Manhattan with their beautiful dog Hudson by their side.
Sadly, however, many of these stores and disappearing due to the high rents. Often when the stores close the wonderful signs and in some cases, neon signs are removed and then you have lost a whole night scene of a street or place.
