I recorded this episode on Tuesday night as the winds were going insane and the fires had just started. I start off talking about the day and give some solutions to solve these fires from getting out of control. Then I talk about the FODMAP diet and what we can do to heal our bodies. If we take in and consume only what our bodies need, do we really need the food that our USDA tells us we need? Just some food for thought.

My prayers go out to all those affected by the fires and our heart breaks to see all the devastation. Thank you to the firefighters and first responders. Our state needs to make some major changes and better Solutions are needed. There's more to talk about in upcoming episodes.

In this episode, let's play Devil's Advocate. I speak briefly on why do we allow our feelings that control our health to be altered and manipulated by outside forces? We should use the amount of energy spent online fighting about issues most don't know about to be heard instead of focusing that energy on improving ourselves. Example, we will fight about an election and hate others for having an opinion and fight over a government that does not control you. Yet, we let it control those emotions causing the fights. The kicker, we won't listen to loved ones and friends who have info on you and know you but listen to government who we will never meet and they don't care about you. Food for thought. Devils advocate.
