Tanya has facilitation experience of more than 18 years. She has worked with two major corporates during her career as an L&D resource managing sizeable teams spread across Indian states. She has also held a business partnership role in the Indian office of an international training firm that's headquartered in the Netherlands.
She currently facilitates workshops and coaches People Managers and Individual Contributors to enable them to tell a better version of their work story, data story, product/service story, personal branding story, and innovation pitch story. She agrees with Ira Glass, an American radio show host when he says "Great stories happen to those who can tell them." And that's exactly why she enjoys conducting ‘Inspirational Leadership through Storytelling’ workshops followed by insightful coaching sessions.
She is committed to helping leaders inspire their teams/ functions/ site by using authentic stories and captivating narratives that make them unforgettable. Tanya works closely with not just corporates, but also social sector organisations and startups. It's because she feels everyone has a story to tell and they should be able to tell in a way that highlights the impact they and their work creates.
