A former banker for 25years, Mrs. McPhee has a associate degree in Business Administration from Success Training Collage in the Bahamas and Holds numerous certificates. She has taught at a few pre schools where she became principal for 3 years at her last pre-school.

Mrs. McPhee strongly believes in the scripture that say “train up a child in the way they should go, and when they get old; it will not depart from them. She is the owner of Karar dance Academy for four years and is currently hosting a program called A New Day with her two sisters Minister. Arona Arahana and Rev. Charmin Lotmore. Father has allowed her to write a book on the power of the Dance in 2017.
