If you're running a business, you know that reviews and retention are important. But what are they, exactly? And why are they so important? In this episode, we will have another great story to share. Watch the full episode to get tips!
Andres is Colombian born but American made. He came to America when he was 2 years old and served in the Air Force after High School. He has been working with independent gym owners for around 20 years. But before starting his company, laid the groundwork for what would become ReviewBiz while he was in the US Military. More specifically, he was responsible for managing specific gyms in the Air Force, both on deployment and on American soil. He did not only get the best training in the world as a Serviceman, but he was able to learn a ton about fitness, health, weight loss, and how to run a gym for people who were REQUIRED to stay in shape.
Once he left the military, he started to venture out and study sales, marketing, technology, and everything else that goes into growing a thriving fitness center. From there, he brought all of his knowledge into the civilian gym work, where he helped them grow from a struggling small business to a local powerhouse! And, that is both US and Canada. And that is how ReviewBiz was born.
ReviewBiz exists to help Gym Owners gather feedback efficiently to help improve their gym business and all aspects of their Gym Business Performance. Last but not least, ReviewBiz helps to Build Trust Faster so gyms can increase revenue and Grow/Scale their business!
