Seth Crowell is the owner and operator of SAGE Strength and Conditioning is a personal and group training/fitness facility located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Seth is the type of person that genuinely enjoys assisting others and believes that working out in the gym has an impact on all aspects of one's life. He aspires to assist people in developing not only strong muscles, but also powerful minds, wills, and emotions.
Seth grew up in Winston-Salem, despite being an athlete he was always called a “chubby” friend of the group, not until he was 19-years old when he started getting fit.
He knew that working the right way changed him, switched from Exercise Science to being a coach, bought equipment, and began training people. Within a year of training his friends, he realized what he wanted to do with the rest of his life.
With most trainers having “niches”, Seth doesn’t have one because he only loves to help other people.
