Our discussion this week looks at the renewed lockdown in the UK, and we share our feelings about it while reflecting on how we might face the next few months, with a particular eye towards Romans 12 and Patience, Perseverance and Hope.

In the Christmas to New Year 'lull', Dave and Ben discuss new year's resolutions and how we can be full of good intentions but sometimes become frustrated with ourselves — and how we might be more fruitful in future.

Amidst lockdowns, restrictions, loneliness and despair, we've done something a bit different this week. In a more relaxed format, we talk about things that have helped us so far, as well as what the message of the birth of Jesus means for us.
