Undercooking my grilled chicken a couple nights back got me thinking about how tricky it can be sometimes to find the sweet spot with cooking chicken.

This led me to think about how this applies to life...it can be tricky sometimes to find that sweet spot, especially when there's so much happening around us.

Thinking about that reminded me of a fantastic Swedish concept called, Lagom , which means, "just enough".

Lagom is all about simplifying your life by getting rid of the nonsense and living in that sweet spot where you have just enough of everything.

This results in a more simple and much more fulfilling life with a lot less running after stuff that, in the grand scheme of things, really doesn't matter.
