One day back in the 90's  my brother and I were hanging out.  Our dad came up and said ”did you hear that scientists found a pulsating orb in space that defies all laws of physics?”  To this we were like…. Wow, cool!  

Later we remember asking him about this to which he replied, "what are you talking about?"  To this day he has no recollection of the space orb or ever telling us about it.
