Jose is one of the lead project managers for one of the top Energy Efficiency companies in the country. He is also part of a team that is building a Diversity & Inclusion sector at his company that is striving to build and nurture a culture where inclusiveness is a reflex, not an initiative.
For the first time, Jose publicly shares his powerful and inspiring story starting with his upbringing, a son to a young mother, living in a shelter and directly interfacing and overcoming hardships on a daily basis.
