Candice Bottcher is the owner and manager of the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit at Life Entabeni Hospital’s EEG in Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa. She started the unit in 1998 after spending some time doing an observership in Seattle, USA. Upon her return she built the unit from the ground up. She is the Vice-Chair of the South African Epilepsy Foundation.
