Story Time at the Roo Bus

Daniel is back from Shaky Knees, and it feels like the bottom fell out not only that Saturday in Atlanta, but across the country for pretty much every festival. Are we entering a new era where festivals just feel entirely like a gamble? We'll take a look at it and much more.

Sometimes Black Rock City doesn't give you the Burn that you wanted, it gives you the Burn that you needed. So Sharla and Daniel needed a challenging Burn this year apparently! Learn about our adventures and everything new that we learned about Burning Man as we detail some of the wild and tough things that happened to us this year.

Sharla and Daniel had been out to Burning Man, so we got the gang of Sky, Evan, Shaina and J-Bone to take over for us! They take a look at some of the options of what JB and others might want to attend next year instead of Bonnaroo, including, yes, the Banana Pudding Festival.

Sharla and Daniel are driving all the way from North Alabama to North Nevada for Burning Man 2026, and we're taking you along the way! We talk Black Rock City, the road trip, the stops to eat along the way, Route 66, and much more.

Many of us heard the rumors for a bit, and then of course the news hit on Friday morning. Bonnaroo will take a hiatus for a year to let the grounds take a break.

Sharla and Daniel take a look for what this means for the community and culture as we wait on Bonnaroo 2028, but we also have a lot of new details and news to share. Including one piece of information that we think will have you feeling a lot better about the future of Bonnaroo.
