Today's episode is the story of how I possibly entered a portal, what it was like, and my theories on what I actually encountered.

The recipe for this week is my recipe for Sicilian Braciole! It's like pinwheel steak on steroids, cooked low and slow in marinara and served with spaghetti. My NY accent comes out a little while I read the recipe, sorry not sorry!
