Continuing last episode's session of story time, we begin with Heather narrating the rollercoaster (ferris wheel) of her first kiss. Following the conclusion of this, we decide to dive further into the discussion of mental health struggles and relationships. What we share and say comes from our personal experiences with mental health struggles, but please know mental health is a completely individual experience.
