As some of you know who follow me on social media, I crossed paths with photographer Robert Sturman a few weeks ago when I arrived in Costa Rica, and what a serendipitous crossing it was.
For those of you who don't know Robert or his work, you should. He is most commonly known for the photography he's done capturing images of prison inmates, war veterans and so many other people in their yoga/meditation/mindfulness practices. He's also an avid animal-rights activist and advocate, and he's just an all-around good guy. Give our chat a listen and enjoy the time we had together for this episode.
