Mikael Stavöstrand hails from Sweden as one of the key figures of the Swedish techno scene. The producer, dj, and label-owner of the Sunset Diskos imprint has been producing electronic music since the early 90s. Our frist Intervention is a live recording from Oct of ’10 at The Loft in DC. We’ve heard a number of sets from Mikael but the energy level and flow of this extended mix definitely top our list of favorites.
