The same backing track is used in both podcasts. It's F blues mm=190, Piano, Bass, Drums and Guitar, five trips through the two part chorus.

Each time through the 24 bar section, the instrumentation changes. The piano and/or guitar comping will rest and re-enter, allowing you to practice the melody, the solo and/or comping. Very much like you'd do it on a real jazz gig.
