Abstract. In this world of variability and improved analytics, there is no substitute for the right question. Getting to the right question is a barrier for most executives hard-wired in historical paradigms. Here we turn to Anthony Howcroft, author of the book Questions—A Users Guide, for advice on how to formulate a good question and what it means for leaders.
