Monique Santiago was just 11 years old when she disappeared from her apartment in Albany, NY on March 2, 1990. She has never been seen again.

Monique is described as a hispanic female with black hair and brown eyes. She was 4’11” and 90 lbs at the time she disappeared. Monqiue has gaps between her teeth and has a birthmark on the back of her right leg. Her nickname is Pebbles and some agencies may refer to her as “Monique Pebbles Santiago.: She may use the last name Castro or Graniela.
