Don’t look for shortcuts to God,” to expect the Lord to be straightforward with us “This isn’t a cat-and-mouse, hide-and-seek game we’re in,” and to be wary of leaders who aren’t straightforward themselves “Don’t be impressed with charisma, look for character.”
