Elisa Lam was a 21 year old student that went missing while staying at the Cecil Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles, a hotel notorious for strange deaths, murders and suicides. A few weeks after she vanished, hotel guests started to complain about the water. A hotel maintenance worker went to investigate the water source, and discovered the decomposed body of Elisa Lam in the roof's main water tank. Her death was ruled an accident, but Lindsay and Lauren have some of their own theories that they discuss in this episode. Was Elisa a victim of a tragic accident, or was something more sinister going on?
