In this short excerpt from a recent non-dual satsang (dharma talk), I discuss phenomena arising in embodied awakening.
We are not separate from Totality, and any number of unpredictable phenomena may arise as the body-mind shifts – when there is a dissolving of the identification with egoic consciousness.
Remember that, like anything and everything, it is an arising in the manifestation. One may notice it in one’s personal bodily structure (“internal”) or in outer appearances and events. Whether painful or pleasurable, bizarre or beautiful, the point is to remain Conscious and to Allow the unfolding. It is natural, for you are Nature (nisarga) – Life itself.
Your comments, shares, and reflections are welcome! If you are drawn to attending future non-dual satsangs (dharma talks), do reach out to me.
With Love and Peace,
Erin Reese
