Lies in our thinking can lead to self-sabotaging behaviours in our lives. These can include compulsive or addictive behaviours, depression, unexplained feelings of shame or guilt, and low self esteem. Worst of all, these lies create themes in our lives that repeat themselves over and over again.This podcast talks about how to recognise the patterns these lies create. It also gives a Holy Spirit-led, extremely effective way to break the cycles.
