Imposter Syndrome?!?! What is that? Imposter syndrome is loosely defined as doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud. It disproportionately affects high-achieving people, who find it difficult to accept their accomplishments. Many question whether they're deserving of accolades.  Often those with imposter syndrome leaves subtle hints that seem meaningless on the surface but often point to deep factors. It can show up as:

· worry that you will appear a fraud,

· fear that you will be called out for being incompetent,

· thoughts that everyone else is smarter or works harder,

· self-critical tendencies of your work and contribution,

· comparison of yourself to others,

· feelings of inadequacy,

· anxious or lack confidence
