As part of both the Symphonies journey and the Inner Edge I have created a fun "Less Stress" Challenge to help us not only have less stress in our lives but also harness the power of short bursts of stress when they are present - stress in short bursts can help us in many ways, especially when we are more able to meet it calmly - even a bit more calmly.
