There has been several individuals who has been physically, mentally, and emotionally effected by the recent pandemic and have lost loved ones. I have decided to provide a few tools to assist those suffering with was to reduce and cope with emotional pain/or distress, moreover ways to destress.
Emotional pain is hurt that originates from non-physical sources resulting from either a loss, remorse, unhappiness, or heartache. If you have a friend or loved one who may be suffering from emotional pain, do not force change or beat yourself up if you cannot better their situation. Some people are not ready for change and must let it take its course. Most often, when they are ready, they will seek the help they need on their own time.
