I was raised with that, but I didn't expect to get to (nearly) 40 and find that something as simple as a cuppa on the sofa would feel like a luxury rather than a staple of everyday life. As possibly the most connected and most disconnected generation there's ever been, voice notes have become a lifeline. It doesn't feel right, and yet, all we can do is adapt to an unexpected reality and talk it through, together. "Oh my god, can't believe how long I've been rambling on for!
