I was shocked to learn that many of my co-workers under the age of 25 don't feel the pressure of out of control inflation, radical politics, two major wars, and a sharp rise in Covid. Their reasoning is based on just not thinking about it. Yet research shows that 16 to 25 year old's are clearly effected by the impact of uncertainty.
