Cooper is eager to win the approval of his teenage daughter, Riley, by obtaining tickets to see her beloved artist, Lady Raven. This concert is particularly significant for Riley, who has been facing bullying challenges, and it also provides an opportunity for her to spend time with her father, who is often absent. Cooper is committed to ensuring that the evening is memorable; however, he becomes aware of a substantial police presence at the venue, as F.B.I. profiler Dr. Grant observes the male attendees. Feeling increasingly anxious, Cooper investigates the situation and discovers from a staff member that law enforcement is aware that a serial killer known as The Butcher is present and is attempting to locate him. As Cooper is, in fact, The Butcher, he realizes he is in a precarious position, and he must navigate his time with Riley while devising a plan to extricate himself from the predicament without drawing attention.
