Realize that the big streamers get asked the same question several times every day, "how do I grow my stream?" Since they are busy "working" they don't have time to sit down and break it all down for you. So they've basically come up with 3 very basic answers, and they all suck. Not because they are necessarily wrong, they are just very vague and lack context.
