This podcast will air on Mondays, where I will do one solo and go over things I'm currently experiencing in life and on Wednesdays I will have a guest speaker on sharing how they found strength through their struggles as well. Some will be elite athletes, others might be homeless and live under a bridge, either way they will share how you can get through what you are personally going through just as they have already done.
