In this episode we will talk about stress and the mind. We will discuss how we can reduce our stress by looking at stress with a different mindset. We will look at 4 different ways to think about stress. I would like you to take a moment and listen with an open mind and try to look at stress in a positive way instead of looking at it in a negative way. By taking a leap of faith in yourself and stepping outside of your comfort zone, you can start reducing your stress levels and start looking at those situations in a more positive manner just now. and remember "RELAX YOURSELF"
