Understanding how stress is deteriorating our physical bodies is such a big and alarming truth that everyone should have a knowledge about. We sometimes deal with it lightly that we tend to ignore how harmful it is for our entire being. When the author wrote in the first section of the book that Stress is a legitimate killer, it immediately dawned to me that this is a very serious matter and shouldn't be ignored by anyone. Overcoming stress is such a tedious task to do especially when you got no more time in the world to just get away for some time and have some relaxation with your family and loved ones.
I'm so grateful that I got a chance to acquire this book because this is what I need. Working in a very stressful environment needs a lot of strength, will power, and passion for you to soar high above pressures and stress. It is a helpful and amazing read! Nowadays, we often feel tired and stressed most of the time.
