Stress is like kryptonite (Superman's nemesis), and it's out to knock off your cape and diminish you to a heap of trembling, useless mush!

SHAKE IT OFF!! We are not going to claim it!

I know there will be times when we all feel the pressure of the world around us and days filled with rain. However, you and I must remember there are ways to shake it off and try not to allow stress to get the best of us.

Take a walk, search the Scriptures, and let us try turning it all over to Jesus. He can work it out, no matter the problem, Jesus can work it out!
