As April is Stress Awareness Month, we wanted to talk about it and as it is the last week in April, what better time. It is such a vast and complicated subject that we really only scratched the surface, talking about some of the presenting symptoms and whether we have experienced them. In a future episode we want to discuss ways to combat stress, but for this week, just being aware of the symptoms is a good place to start.
