Stress is very common in our daily lives and as you know we live in a fast paced society where there is little time for relaxation. If you have been feeling stressed at work or home this presentation may be useful to you. Some stress is good for us because it can help motivate and give us energy. However, when stress gets to the level of feeling overwhelming, it is time to pay attention to it. This presentation will offer some relaxation techniques and some new ways to think about stress.
