Doing 5 minutes of activity builds habits of Endurance. 5 minutes of flexibility. 5 minutes of deep breathing or so May require time, more than 5 minutes, the idea is a schedule to run on. Prayer 5 minutes minimum! Every engagement is 5 minutes minimum. We take weekends off and sleep in. Building life long habits builds fortitude in our souls,minds and body. We strive to stay tuned, mobilized and active with 5 minutes of walking minimum! Join the 5 minute club with me and let's get out there and give them heaven! We can do, in Christ Jesus ,We can accomplish our Father's good will of maintenance of His Holy temple, our body. Amen. Yes and Amen. Jesus says "SO BE IT!"
