Ever get an idea in your head and suddlenly, you're figuring out how to make it happen? Because SAME. This week we are talking all things impulsivity. The good, the bad, and the "what the hell was I thinking?"
From contemplating a last-minute trip to New York for a concert to starting businesses on a whim, I am sharing how some of my most spontaneous decisions have turned into some of my best ones.
Is being impulsive really such a bad thing? Or do we just need to learn when to go for it and when to pump the brakes?
Trigger Warning: We are talking about multiple types of abuse this week. These topics may be sensitive or triggering for some people.
Love isn't supposed to hurt, this week I am getting into what abuse looks like in different forms. Domestic violence doesnt always leave bruises and just because someone knows they're being abused, doesn't mean they know how to leave.
If this episode helps even ONE person feel seen, heard, or less alone, then sharing my story was worth it!

This week I am talking about old me vs. me now. Things I cannot believe I did, things I would NEVER put up with now and all the in between.
This week I am giving my unsolicited opinions & updating you about the week I had. So let's talk about some random things that have been on my mind & that I feel like you need to hear my opinion on.
This week was actually insane. We are talking Ticketmaster wars, winning money, losing money, lemonade events. Join me for a weekly rant.
Breakups suck--but apparently so do some of the ways we choose to move on from them. This week we are talking about heartbreak, rebounds, why we stay in relationships for so long when we know they are over, and all the questionable shit we do afterward. I am looking back at my own experiences and bringing the research to hopefully help someone who may be in a relevant situation!
My daughter joins us for todays episode just a day after turning 12! We are talking about her childhood, her dreams and our relationship as mom and daughter.
This is part 2 of our crossover with Ginger, Please. If you haven't listened to part one, check it out first on the Ginger, Please podcast (wherever you listen to your pods), then check this out. We just finished discussing the origin of our friendship, now we are reliving the last 5 years and telling a bunch of our crazy stories!
This week Ashley is talking about friendships. What was friendship when we were younger vs now that we are older. WHY are some people even considered friends with the shit they pull? How do friendships stand the test of time?
The title explains it all, tune in to find out what Ashley has going on this week.
