I don't normally review movies, but I watched this about 3-6 months ago and was floored by it. An immortal race is captured for their secret to long life, while an escapee finds a lost boy and decides to raise him. This week's review is a sequel to the Somnium Files. Set between the first two games, it mixes Somnium and visual novel stuff with the puzzle solving of the Nonary Games. Having never played Suikoden, I was quite impressed with how breezy and fun the games were. The 2nd game improved so much the overall package was a good result. The main issue was character recruitment being awkward and sometimes unnecessary or limited in character investment.
