Timo Mullen is a professional windsurfer one of the best know faces in the industry from over the last 20 years.

He is also a bit of an entrepreneur, having started and run multiple companies, alongside his professional windsurf career. We discussed how he balances this, the beachbum mentality, the importance of looking after yourself and of course, our shared love of my homeland, Scotland.
