In this episode of Strong Core I was joined by Richie Hamilton, Head Brewer at Hope Beer, to have a chat about their flagship Session IPA Hop On.

The beer name, Hop On, was inspired by the true story of how two young lads from Dublin hopped on the dart at Howth Junction, and eventually found themselves in New York City, via the UK. What makes it all the more impressive, is that they managed to do so without having either tickets or passports.
