About four years ago, someone asked me a question that should have been easy to answer:
"What do you like to do?"
The problem was...I couldn't answer it.
Not because I don't love my life. I do.
I love being a wife. I love being a mom. I love leading a team. I love making a difference in people's lives.
But somewhere along the way, every answer I had involved someone else.
In this episode, I'm having one of the most honest conversations I've ever had, not about my past, but about my present. What happens when you've worked so hard to build a life you're proud of that you forget to make room for yourself inside it?
We'll talk about ambition, identity, responsibility, success, and the quiet fear that many of us carry: If people didn't need me anymore...would they still choose me?
This isn't an episode about regret.
It's about learning that my ambition built a life I'm incredibly proud of...and now I have to learn how to live inside the life it built.
If you've ever felt defined by your job, your family, your responsibilities, or the roles you play for everyone else, I hope this conversation reminds you that the person beneath those titles is still worth knowing.
So let me ask you the same question that changed me years ago...
What do you like to do?
Let's figure it out together.
Because becoming stronger than yesterday isn't about becoming someone new...it's about refusing to lose the person you've been all along
