After taking a year off due to COVID-19 restrictions, the city's Pride Festival is back and bigger than ever, now a two-day event at Headwaters Park. While the event's footprint has expanded to include both sides of the park, in the interest of public safety, there will not be a Pride March in 2021. For a sneak preview of what's in store and a look back at the group's accomplishments, WBOI's Julia Meek sat down with Fort Wayne Pride Director, Nikki Fultz, to discuss how the celebration and the organization have evolved over the past twenty plus years, along with the local LGBTQ population.
