Hestation, destraction, overthinking, excuses all of that accure because I'm not taking action right away. Do it staight away and all of that goes away. Even fear will go away since by doing it I face that fear.  

I recorded this episode three times and kept getting tempted to re-record it again. It took me seven months to actually start this since I first got the idea — can you believe that? Now that I've published it, I'm realizing it was actually easy. Hopefully I keep this podcast going.
