Over the last few months I have been very intrigued to know how companies/leaders/management are communicating with their employees in a way that keeps them motivated and energized due to people working from home

That led me to have a discussion with a friend who then mentioned a mutual friend who works at a business that can have a solution to this problem 

The company is called Sales Screen and they specialize in Gamification

This is keeping teams in contact, heavy competition, allows management to communicate in a way where they understand challenges being faced and all the whilst having fun
