Today we're celebrating Kyle's Birthday, the big 3-1! 

We're also taking some time to reflect back on our recent trip and start planning our next vacation. It got us thinking though, as entrepreneurs it can be very difficult to allow yourself time away. Especially if you feel like your business will crumble without you there.
