Mark Austin is the founder of Austin Wright Ltd, who aim to ‘Manage change effectively’ to provide their customers with ‘the change management process of choice’.

Following a career of over 25 years as a senior leader in the construction industry, his passion for improving and transforming the industry culminated in the establishment of Austin Wright Ltd.

Mark’s talk will discuss his process for innovation and how he helps his customers implement change with a people-first, technology second approach.
