In this episode Stuart interviews Mike Clay from Clay Properties who has gone from being an IT Director to a full time property investor in around three years. He talks about student HMOs and why they are the main focus for the time being. Mike also describes why he deciding that property investment was something to pursue then from that point how he planned and executed his exit.
